After the Verify process is completed, the tree in the Source variable tab will show all source variables that returned a value during the verify process. This is helpful; for example, when random values are generated during script verification and check whether the script passed, the generated value must be checked against the application dataset.
The following source variable values are shown:
Source variable values
Each node in the tree represents a source variable object that generated a value during the verify. Select the node to display the information in the property grid below
- Variable type (a): the type of source variable
- Variable name (b): the variable name
- Variable value(s) (c): The value(s) the source variable received during the verify. Multiple values are coma-separated.
Note:
If a source variable were created but not used in the test case, it would not appear in the tree.
