1. Click the Create a new load pattern button to add a new load pattern.
2. Give the load pattern a name. This name will be used to associate to test objects.
3. Set the Steady and Step load pattern properties.
4. Optionally, set the number of seconds to delay the pattern initiation from the beginning of the test.

Binding to test objects

To bind a load pattern to a test case (or test case group):

1. Select the test case (or test case group)

2. Set the Load pattern name property to the desired load pattern. Click the dropdown (a) to see the list of all available load patterns.

   Note
   title Empty load pattern
   In a multi-pattern load test, if a test object does not have a load pattern name, it will not be executed.
